		<description>Hey, I like the idea of not eating meat on Mondays.  I like the idea more of knowing where your meat comes from.  We are so lucky in this region to have Skagit River Ranch and Samish Bay Cheese producing local, organic beef.  Why not eat local.  Make a choice to eat less meat, but better quality.  I think its more about purchasing direct and creating sustainability than about substaining from a certain foodgroup entirely.</description>
