We have also decided to try not to eat meat on one other day during the week. My daughter Sasha in Grade 10 became a total vegetarian last year after watching a video clip at school on the horrific treatment of animals for the benefit of meat lovers. She was disgusted and never eat meat again.This was an eye opener to all of us. We then decided that we would reduce our intake of meat, especially red meat that leads to high colesteral levels. We decided to go the healthy route and reduce our meat intake drastically.
